As a Microsoft Tech Business Developer, you are developing new opportunities and business with new customers. You will be the first point of contact in the process of finding and converting prospects. As Microsoft Tech Business Developer you are right between our marketing and sales and qualified leads. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and reach out to people.
Your main activities
- Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts and leads to create sales-ready meetings and opportunities. This includes calling on CTOs and senior-level executives, attending trade shows, following up on marketing-generated leads, webinars and events follow-up
- You will work closely with the Marketing team to set-up, automate and improve your learnings in generating qualitative leads and marketing content that sells.
- Handover qualified leads to the Account Executive team at an appropriate maturity status, initiating calls and face-to-face appointments with Account Executives
Your skills
- Prospecting expertise – cold-calling, cold emailing, discovery, qualification, active listening
- Eager to learn Microsoft Technology
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar sales role or have relevant industry experience
- English is mandatory any other language is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to ‘win people over’
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- Know your way in social media.
- Highly organised and structured working style
