Who we’re looking for?
Are you passionate about IT and Microsoft Technologies? Have you got experience in the IT sector or as a support engineer? Then we’re looking for YOU – our brand new Technical support specialist!
As a Technical support engineer, you are (or will be) our specialist that can help our customers with all their technical questions. To make your job easy, you’ll be documenting those questions and directing customers to them so they can find the answers themselves.
Your main activities
- Making sure that customers get answers or solutions on time
- Managing and following up with customers on new applications and updates
- Stay up to date with the latest Scappman features
- Communicate on a professional level with customers
- Assist in onboarding new customers
- Use powershell to troubleshoot application installations
- Knowledge of MS Azure and SQL is a plus
Your skills
- English is not a problem for you (any other language is a plus)
- You have demonstrated exceptionally strong verbal and written communication skills
- You are able to be a self-starter in a fast-paced environment
- A highly organized and structured working style is a priority for you
- You are eager to learn Microsoft Technology
